what happened

when i first got this mouse a few months ago it worked great. Now its giving me problems and its anything but reliable. The mouse will work for a bit then the cursor will stop moving and i'll have to turn it off and restart it. Its a pain. Sometimes the mouse will not respond at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An okay mouse

It is a good laptop mouse. The software with it lets you change interesting options such as assigning a fourth button various tasks. The middle mouse button does not work great; you need to really press it down instead of just tapping it to get it to perform. The optical mouse is very sensitive, and I found it helpful to adjust the speed to a slower setting to get it under control. The small USB plug is neat, but I had hoped it would be a little smaller to be less noticeable sticking out of the side of my laptop.

The HP Wireless Optical Mouse - black, is a good, simple and dependable mouse. It will do what almost everyone needs in a mouse. Why spend more if this is all you need. But, if you need more than left, right and central control buttons then that is the only reason you would not consider making this mouse your selection; onless spending more money unnecessarily just makes you feel better about your purchase.
