Only bad thing is the spout is well above the bottom so you have to take the filter off in order to obtain the water underneath it.

I cannot use it. It leaked when I put it together. I fixed it. One month later it started leaking again all over my laminate floor. My floor ruined and I am very unhappy with this product. The lady that I spoke to could care less.

Doesn’t work! DEFECTIVE PRODUCT STAY AWAY

This product looks nice but doesn’t work AT ALL. The water drips down from the side of the filter and only filters about 70% of the water. The rest of the water just drops down into the glass tub. I water tested it and my levels are at 150-180. I took a risk by getting this even though the reviews were poor I figured maybe they had a couple products that just were made incorrectly but NO THIS PRODUCT DOESN'T EVEN WORK.

leaking issues

I have bought 2 Glass water dispensers and two extra boxes of 8 count filters. The water tastes great but the filters last only 1 to 2 weeks. My new issue is that I have tried 3 new filters and all of them do not thread correctly and leak out the sides. I even had others try to make sure it was not me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
