Spigot leaks frequently

I really like this water filter dispenser but I am constantly having issues with the spigot leaking. No matter what I do, I’ve had to empty it several times and redo the spigot and it’s getting pretty tiring to have to deal with this on a constant basis. I really wish they could come up with a better design for the spaghetti because I do like the dispenser itself.

It looks great but made with cheap parts - Such as Spigot is totally waste!

No replacement parts!

We've bought at five or six dispensers and hundreds of filters over the years because we like the water, but we are going to look elsewhere.
The filter holder in our 40-cup dispenser has had a problem with mold almost from the very beginning, so we wash it frequently, but now it's developing cracks.
I tried to order this part from customer service, but the only way you can get a replacement is to order a whole new dispenser! That's just crazy!
We've bought these dispensers as gifts in the past, but now I wouldn'teven recommend ZeroWater dispensers to a friend without the caveat that they must consider it *disposable,* because there is no way to order replacement parts.

It lives up to the hype the water is perfect zero contaminants I had a tested zero me and my wife use a daily coffee taste better just drinking the water taste better I think it taste better than the springwater that you buy we also use it for cooking it is the best filter water System and believe me I’ve tried most of them zero water is just that zero water zero contaminants I would recommend it for everyone

I’m very happy with Zerowater! I just bought my second system, the other one lasted 15 years or more! I like that I’m not contributing to plastic bottle waste and use my own water! The new shape is fun!

...love it! I love the in home filtering for a reasonable price (although the filters are pricey). However, I was hoping to get away from the use of plastics. Not only are they terrible for our environment, we all ingest a huge number of plastic particulates and I was hoping to reduce that in my water filtration.
Although this is their only non-plastic container, it's frustrating the catch basin in the top is plastic. I anticipated the filters would be contained in plastics, sadly, but they could've used metal or glass to hold the filter and pre-filtered water. (NOTE: is this something you could offer as an additional accessory? I would pay extra for it, even though I think it should've been included.)
The other issue I've seen in other reviews is the spigot is not very good, and I've also found that to be true. After fiddling with it quite a lot, I thought I had fixed the leaking, only to find a kitchen covered in water from an invisible leak running through the night. (After close inspection I found a small leak that ran from the bottom of the spigot, between the glass container and metal base, and out the back onto my counter and floor.) I have ordered a new stainless steel spigot, hopefully that solves the issue.
I would also agree with those comments about the height of the spigot. I have another countertop water dispenser and the spigot is much closer to the bottom and we just align it with the edge and dispense water below the edge, so this spigot could be much lower to avoid needing to tip the dispenser when it gets low.
I hope in the short term these improvements can be made. I would seriously be interested in a glass or stainless basin, if you produce one or it becomes available somewhere, pleae let me know!
Longer term, I hope you can find a way to made a filter without plastic! Please produce a glass or stainless steel filter sleeve, then you can sell the filtration components in an unbleached paper filter, perhaps?
