I had used Zerowater filiter for almost 8-9 years and decided to buy this 40 cup glass with two additional filters. The filters were first delivered but the glass task wasn't. I contacted Zerowater and found that you did not send it. The person that I talked to requested to ship, but this shipping did not move on for 1-week at pick-up place and then started to ship. Finally, this water tank delivered to my place in almost 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, I could not pick it up becuase I was out of the town on the develivery day. The water tank had sat on my door for almost 10 days. Your company should set up a robust order and delivery system and provide a shipping tracking right after order. I was very disappointed with this service. The water tank is nice, but I found that water leakage was occuring in the facet for filter and water tap. It is not that good qualtiy of the product. I hope that you put more effort into improving its quality.

This is for the 40cup glass dispenser. The plastic potion of the reservoir creates a suction that prevents the water from flowing out the spigot. You have to lift the the plastic potion to get air flow- terrible design. That said, it looks nice and the water taste amazing so I’m satisfied overall and customer service was great. I had to call for other issues which were promptly resolved.

This was a gift. It was too large to store in refrigerator but does fine on counter. It is for a college student and a couple of them had fun testing all kinds of water whever they went - Zero came back best!

I’m loving that it is 40 cups but the one downfall is the not so great water dispenser it’s very cheaply made plastic and moves around easily if you’re not careful causing leaks. It’s not very sturdy

We loved our ZeroWater pitcher but it couldn't keep up with the number of people in our home so we decided to try the dispenser. While we love the volume of water it could hold, we've had problems with ours actually holding the water. It leaks. We installed the spout correctly and have even received replacement parts but the leak problem has not been resolved. Now, in order to reduce leakage, we don't fill the dispenser all the way and check/readjust the rubber seals on an almost daily basis. If the spout worked as intended then I would definitely have given this 5 stars!

I have owned this for around 3 years now. I'm happy with it but they need to redesign it. I think people who appreciate zero plastic will gladly pay a little more for a non-plastic spout. Furthermore the the spout should be lower.

Solidly built but has one flaw. They can put a small air hole on the top for the water flow to be consistent. It becomes air tight and outside air pressure becomes higher than whats inside the dispenser and water flow becomes very small. It takes atleast a minute and half to fill a 2 liter bottle.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We understand your frustration with the spigot, we have spoken to a few customers who have the same type of issues that you are referencing. Unfortunately there is no other spigot available for that model, but through my conversations with other customers I have learned a couple tricks to getting the spigot operate more consistently. First; if you have the lever open in a straight up and down direction or a 90 degree angle this seems to help the flow as opposed to having the lever pushed all the way back. Secondly, If you have the upper reservoir slightly off center this helps the vacuum that is created inside the container immensely. The vacuum inside the container is what I believe to be the main culprit that causes the slow flow from the spigot; so if you can create even just the smallest gap from the top of the container and the upper reservoir you should get much less frustrations from the unit. Also, of course we are willing to send another spigot as well if you feel that is warranted.

Continuos valve leaking

Love the taste of the water. However we have continuous valve leaks even though we’ve replaced it. We’ve only had this product for about 7 months. Very disappointed and may have to give up and go back to PUR.
