I love the fact that they finally did a glass dispenser. The nozzle for the water dispensing keeps coming loose though and that should be addressed. With use the nozzle gets looser and looser and needs to be tightened often from the inside which shouldn't be. But I love the size and that it is glass. Huge capacity more than I thought. Grea6t

It works great. It was not hard to install and its very much a fill up and forget about it type top. The only downside that I have is if you are trying to fill up a pitcher, it takes a while due to the small outlet hole. Other than that its great and easy for the kids to be able to get their water.

O-ring Leaks

I bought this about a year ago and it is more of a counter ornament than a water dispenser. Actually, it dispenses water, but through the provided o-ring/ washer that seperate the spigot from touching the glass directly. If I tighten the spigot too much, the o-ring warps and has openings. If the spigot is not tightened enough, the slightest pressure makes the spigot twist. Can't tell you how many times I've accused others of being rough on it only for it to leak just sitting overnight. I've considered caulking the outside of the spigot just to resolve the issue.
Also, I don't know what size glasses others are using, but I can only use a coffee mug to fit low enough to place underneath the spigot without hanging it over the counter.

Good with design flaws.

I love this dispenser and in my opinion it looks the nicest of all the water filters no the market, but have a couple complaints that might help someones purchasing decision.
Unfortunately the metal base is too short for this unit in two ways. They've essentially had to heighten the spigot location on the glass making the last 2-3 inches of water inaccessible unless you tilt the glass container. Secondly even with the metal base and heightened spigot location you can still only fit coffee cup sized cups underneath without having to tilt them. All those normal sized 16oz glasses you normally use will not fit without tilting. Because of this, I have to use this at the edge of a counter top making the metal base and heightened spigot placement pointless.
Also the plastic spigot is a bummer. I've yet to find a metal one to replace it, but like others I will be doing so.
It's still worth buying, as I believe Zerowaters filtration to be one of the best, just keep these little nuances in mind when purchasing this specific unit.

We thought we were going to really like it.
We really enjoyed the water the first two filtrations then it started to taste fishy. The spigot is so far from the bottom of the container you never get to use all the water. The plastic spigot came loose and leaked water for us multiple times also.
Really not happy and not even using it anymore unfortunately.

Mine leaks

I have done everything possible to tighten and and assemble this nozzle to stop it from dripping and can't make it stop. It is fairly cheap plastic and can't believe this design flaw exists. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love this water filtration system! I feel so much better knowing my kids ages 8, 6, and 3 are now getting pure water. We love the taste! My kids tell us when it’s time to change the filter because the water starts to taste “icky.” We can all taste the difference in our Zero Water. I only wish the filters lasted longer, but our city water is terrible so we do go through filters really quickly.
