This works fantastic at filtering our awful water. The water in my house gives me migraines and makes me sick. Using these filters has completely changed that. I can drink it just fine without spending as much as bottle waters as I was.
The glass dispenser is great because it is large enough for a water-aholic such as myself, plus I prefer to use glass over plastic. It isn't an eye sore either! I do have an issue with the faucet/nozzle on it. The gaskets seem to be too big and if you tighten it enough to not leak they eventually pop out from the threads (causing leakage). We readjust ours when we change the filter but will likely need to get a replacement piece for it that doesn't have fit issues.

Absolutely love this dispenser. The only thing I would have liked to seen different is a more durable on/off valve. I am concerned that the plastic will eventually break. Other than that i love everything about it. We use it everyday!!

Seems to work well. I like the glass of though it broke in shipping. Good customer service. They sent out a new one quickly. However the spigot they used is the cheapest they get and is always leaking and fussy. It’s only been a month and I have to replace the nozzle already.

Luv it BUT parked it w/spigot hanging over sink to drip into. Hole in glass spigot goes thru, a bit jagged, & oversized. And yes, it is screwed on tight. Gaskets installed correctly too. Spigot lightweight cheap plastic.Sepage that forms drips comes from around gasket

I just received the 40c - replacing the Berkey System. Tested the water (I am in an RV):
1) water through filter & faucet read 283; 2 using Clear H20 filter) Berkey read: 286; ZeroWater read:000. This system is much larger than the Berkey travel. I would have liked to have the bottom padded/rubber rim or something (I used a towel - bottom slips around).
Pros - large container of pure water (as their tester reads). Filter from faucet through filter is faster than Berkey - takes about 10-11 minutes to completely empty the white filter section. 3) looks nice 4) no need for pedestal; spigot high enough for cup to go under.
Cons - 1) diameter very large as compared to my Berkey Travel Lite. 2) plastic spigot 3) no rubber bottom to protect counter for non slip; 4) it's glass (let's see how long it lasts while using it in my RV full time. Padded carrying case would be nice

Would I recommend? Yes, for the price v Berkey. If the water contaminate meter is correct then this is worth all of the cons I listed. Pricing of filters reasonable.

I love the fact that they finally did a glass dispenser. The nozzle for the water dispensing keeps coming loose though and that should be addressed. With use the nozzle gets looser and looser and needs to be tightened often from the inside which shouldn't be. But I love the size and that it is glass. Huge capacity more than I thought. Grea6t

It works great. It was not hard to install and its very much a fill up and forget about it type top. The only downside that I have is if you are trying to fill up a pitcher, it takes a while due to the small outlet hole. Other than that its great and easy for the kids to be able to get their water.
