Great size and decent spout. Some design flaws took some stars off. The nozzle is slightly to high leaving water in the container that fits under the nozzle spout. We had 1 scenario where water randomly started flowing out the spot despite being on tight.
Otherwise love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The water is filtered well and the Dispenser looks nice and is very convenient. However, I have now had to fully empty it to readjust the gasket 3 times, because after awhile it starts leaking and the outside gasket appears to be pulled under the spout somehow. Maybe it's from the spout subtly turning when used. Either way, it's pretty inconvenient ro have to do that. I still will keep trying to get it to work because I like it a lot when it's not leaking.

I really like the high capacity of this. I have the large blue pitcher in the fridge, but I used to have to fill it all the time. Now with both, I get great, clean water any time.

Title says it all. This is a perfectly functional, if not attractive water dispenser, but the valve/faucet is not located low enough. I'd say it is about a 1/4th of the way up from the bottom of the dispenser. The basin is made of glass, so I'd have to assume that the reason the hole is located that far up is due to the increased material stress the container would face if drilled lower. That would require a change in container shape, which would increase cost. Would I/you pay more to have the hole lower in order to take advantage of more of the capacity of the container? Probably. How much more?
The faucet hole was obviously not a deal breaker for me so I would definitely recommend other people buy it if you want increased capacity versus the smaller dispensers available.
Perhaps a disclaimer should accompany this dispenser.
*40 cup dispenser with 30 cup working capacity.*

I really liked that this water filter was made of glass. However the spigot that came with it did not function properly and constantly leaked. I had to order a third party one for it not too leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
