I upgraded from the 30-cup to the 40-cup dispenser because the larger one is also much more elegant. The glass and chrome, as opposed to plastic, canister really sparkles on the kitchen counter. It is taller and circular so I think it actually takes up less space but it's not significantly different.
The only issue I have is that the dispenser spout, while it IS easier to use than the old one, is pretty slow. I think I might have a partial blockage so I am trying to get a replacement valve.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty amazing results! I was skeptical about this filtering system but totally met my expectations. The water tastes great-even California water! I have the glass pitcher it looks great,the base is sturdy, glass is light but good quality the only thing I didn't like was the plastic spigot, but so far everything is working good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had many water pitchers from zero water I love using the total dissolve solid tester (TDS)
I use it on source order I use it to determine what is the best bottled water.
I bought a water cooler that had an ice maker on the bottom and that was great because then I could finally get zero water ice cubes.
I recommend this product.

I like the look and how big it is, but I hadn’t even emptied it once and the seal started leaking. Without the seal, the whole product is worthless.

I was kinda worried that our water (TDS 300s) might be too tough to filter at the rate we drink water (we refill this about twice a day for myself and my husband) that we will be burning through the filters but it’s been nearly two months and the water is still reading 0. I’m very impressed and the gross taste from the tap water is completely gone.

Zero Water 5 gallon container

I have the square 5 gallon dispenser and the float valve starting leaking in the bottom dispenser and leaked all over the floor. This is the reason why I got rid of the round dispenser and purchased this one. It looks like Zero Water has not solved the float valve issue. The mess that had to be mopped up was unbelievable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Filters are loose

The threaded portion where the filters get screwed in are not the same. One seals really well and the other does not no matter what filter I use or how tightly I set it in. This is allowing water from the upper tank to leak into the lower one resulting in very poor filtration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
