What do I love about this new design? Well, the spout is finally lifted high enough so that it's not touching a counter or refrigerator shelf, love the clear glass and shiny metal finishes evoking cleanliness and transparency, and it holds a lot of water. What would I like to see in future designs? An even higher base option to raise the spout high enough so that a glass fits easily underneath the spout, perhaps a detachable container to fill with water and pour into the filter area as this container is too heavy to carry to the faucet, and maybe an even greater reservoir capacity.

I LOVE my Zero glass water dispenser. I also have a plastic pitcher that I keep in the fridge. No more lugging water bottles of any size from the store, Zero filtered water tastes as great as the best bottled water and having the 40 cup glass water dispenser is so convenient.

Having the meter is a big plus. I have a filter that attaches to my sink facet. I collected the water from my sink with the sink filter attached. I tested this water and it was 173 on average. My refrigerator water, which also has a filter yielded a reading of 162. I ran water from both of these sources through your Zero Water product. The reading on the water after using Zero water was, well Zero as advertised. I do put liquid mineral drops in the finished water and reading goes back up to 30 or so but I know the 30 comes from trace minerals which is fine for me. Good product I have recommended to my friends because it really works and good water is essential to good health.

By far the best water dispenser I have ever owned! No electric to run to keep it cold, it’s cold enough! No 3 or 5 gallon jugs to pay, fill and lug up to the 3rd floor! Easy refill from tap! Now I use the water from my Zero Water dispenser for everything! Making ice as well! I’m just happy beyond words with this product! Also much less evasive visually! I’ve recommended this product many times on my Facebook community page, hoping enough sold to get me a free filter or two! Lol excellent product you will not be disappointed!

I like this filter. It’s made mostly of sturdy glass. It is large enough where I don’t have to fill it daily. I had an issue with the filter not draining properly but resolved it through the troubleshooting instructions provided with the product. It is quite heavy when full and I’m a small person so that’s a bit of a draw back but of course that will vary for person to person. I put it in my fridge without the base too so I’m sure I am moving it more than one would. The only other issue I have found is you really can’t get all the water out using the dispenser valve. You’re forced to take the whole reservoir out and pick up the dispenser and turning it upside down if you want to get rid of old water. You can dispense the water with the valve all the way down until about 2 inches remaining and no matter how much you tilt it, the water doesn’t line up with the spout to release the remaining bit. That’s kind of annoying but tolerable.

I was looking for a way to have filtered water without having to refill the pitcher several times a day. This dispenser does the deed. I wish there was a way to adjust the flow from the spigot though, it's kind of slow. I like the most the glass dispenser, most of the pitchers are made of plastic and with the water stored there for a while you don't know what chemicals seep into the water.
