Fabulous for dispensing

I love this...it tucks perfectly next to my sink, between the sink and the counter. That makes it really easy to fill with my faucet spigot. I did change the spout to a stainless instead of the plastic that came with it...that was easy though and I love it.

great tasting water!

Have had this dispenser for over 2 months. Water tastes wonderful as long as filters are fresh! Glass container is great but wish it had a metal spout, rather than plastic, with adjustable flow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this unit for over a year.I had the pitcher before that for a year. I get 6 to 8 weeks out of the filters and use them every day. I filter the water for drinking, cooking and even brushing my teeth. Zero water simple works great and with the tester I know when to replace my filter. Simple and works! I have a sonic care with water pick tooth brush and I never have to worry about any buildup. There is none!

I bought this 40-cup dispenser last week and so far it is working quite well. First the water spout was leaking but after I tightened it more, it was fine. The water tastes great! I will follow up in a few months if anything changes. I am happy to have clean and good tasting water.

Solid product with minor flaws

Have had this unit for a couple of months now and my biggest complaints about it are the unusable amount of water below the spigot and the spigot itself doesn't have nearly enough water pressure to easily be able to fill up a gallon jug. Have read about the plastic spigot with chrome paint often flakes off, so have ordered a replacement spigot made of stainless steel. Have also noticed part of the reason behind the lack of water pressure is there is no strong seal between the unfiltered water tub and the glass container. The 23-cup filter has its spigot at the bottom of the container, which allows almost all filtered water to be used efficiently. I love the taste of clean water and am very spoiled with the Zero Water quality, though the filters themselves could have a better quality control.

question about moisture

I have the 40 cup dispenser and frequently notice moisture bubbles inside the tank. I'm concerned. What do you recommend. It's like heat is getting inside and creating moisture.

Due to this unit not being refrigerated, condensation may occur. Filters contain an antibacterial material that prohibits the growth of mold within the filter. Make sure to store your dispenser out of direct sunlight.
