What I expected but needs design change

As what i expected. I think the top half of the water unit is wasted space. Water should be Top half of water cooler is wasted space. Should be able to fill to the top half as well as the lower half without leaking. Guess its for looks just unnecessary or make smaller or allow it to fill it up with water. And I'm sure the filters can be refined to last even longer than they do especially in parts of the country that have higher TDS readings.

It leaks. I’ve put in the washers for the spigot three times. I think they are too soft. I’m looking into different ones from the hardware store and caulking.

I had to replace the faucet with a new one and the suction is too tight on filtration basin to allow decent flow of water. I had to drill holes around top to fix the problem.

Spigot leaks EVERYWHERE

I loathe this product. It looks pretty but it leaks ALL over my counter and has ruined a ton of my toddler’s sticker books and coloring books that we kept on the counter behind it. It also soaked my bar stool that was on the other side of the counter and now it has a huge water stain. Terrible product and the company seems to be totally happy to just produce it knowing full well that they are using a cheaper spigot that will leak when they could be using something of higher quality that wouldn’t leak!!

Make sure the rounded sides of the gaskets are facing into the glass and then you must find a bit of a "sweet spot" if you will with the tightness of the nut on the inside of the spigot. It cannot be too tight and obviously it cannot too loose. It really takes trial and error sometimes but if you find the perfect tightness it will not leak.
