I've had this unit for years and I can't imagine my kitchen without it. Our Florida water has over 300 PPM disolved solids and Zero after the filters. All of our drinking and cooking water goes through our water cooler filter. I've also given up bottled water since the Zerowater tastes so much better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your urn is beautiful and the filtration works well but the on/off turn spout doesn't work well at all. It doesn't open or close well leaving a spilled mess underneath.

We’ve bought many filters in the past but the current batch either stops flowing or flows intermittently. Have tried banging them to remove air blockage, punching holes in top and widening hole in the bottom, all with mixed results. For the price, these things should have better quality control

Beautiful Design. Delicious Water

I have been using the 40- Cup Glass Dispenser for about 7 months now. It fits perfectly on my counter. I have gotten so many compliments from guests that it looks beautiful. The capacity is great for everyday use like filling my son's bottle, keurig and dog's bowl. And the fact that it has the ZeroWater filter makes me confident I am providing them the best filtered water.

I have been buying Zero Water pitchers since 2016 and have been recommending it to just about everyone. However, this is my first time buying this larger size. I opened my package Dec 25, as my Christmas gift to myself. Yesterday I notice that the white filter area has black, mold-like spots around the filter and on the brim. Please respond to me as I am highly disappointed.

The filters are not easy to put into perfect place, especially for arthritic hands. Having to fill the water so slowly makes it more challenging to have enough good, clean water on hand.
