Perfect countertop filter!

I have used this for just over a year now. We used to fill up five gallon bottles at the grocery store but this is much more convenient. The biggest change is the taste, our TDS was around 40-50 before, now it is obviously zero and the filter lasts us around 5 months each. I just wish they made an under sink model now.

Love This Filtration System

We had "Spring Water" delivered (in the 5 gallon bottles) for over ten years. We had to wait for the deliveries, then we were were always dragging bottles in and out...lifting them on to the cooler....storing all those bottles. Then, I ran across this system to use on our existing cooler. It was simple to attach, the water tastes great, it's cooled through our own cooler and there are NO MORE BOTTLES !! Life is so much easier. The cost is about 1/4 of what we were paying for water that was likely not to be as healthy. If you are considering purchasing the Water Cooler Filtration System -- stop thinking about it and just order it.

Stylish and quality, but could stand some tweaks

When I received my pitcher I was surprised at the quality of the metal and glass parts. But then I was disappointed with the plastic spout. But I easily found a metal spout online for about $10 and swapped it out. The change makes it a complete high-quality product and water comes out of the metal faucet faster. However, the base seems unnecesary to me, at least in my situation, and I would prefer the spout to be lower in the pitcher. I have no trouble situating it at the edge of the counter.

This system holds 21/2gallons of filtered water. It is easier to store on a stand than the pitchers that take up counter space. The jug and stand are sold separately. We bought this for grand daughter ad she is on well water. We purchased ours 8 years ago. We clean the unit and change filter every 2 to 3 months as needed. I highly recommend this product but it does need a stand and stone crock jug.

If we drink it... it's filtered by Zero

I have used Zero water cooler dispensers for more than 15 years now. I use a ceramic water jug instead of a cooler. In my home if we drink it it's filtered by Zero. My grandson wants one in his room. A great start for the next generation. Thank you Zero water.

We have had this product in our home for a little over a year. It has replaced the need for purchasing cases of water each month. Our family are water drinkers and I want to make sure it is clean, safe and free from chemicals. The 40 cup glass dispenser services our needs. We all enjoy the taste.

It leaks

I like how the filter looks like, but it leaks. I've tried to twist it harder in order it not to leak, but it doesn't help. I've asked other people to do it it doesn't help as well. I've ordered extra filters. Now I cannot use the filters and the filter itself because it leaks :( Very disappointing.

I just received my new 40 cup dispenser and I am very unhappy with it. It is terribly designed and can not hold 320 oz (2.5 gallons of water). I'm assuming that 2.5 gallons is with out the filter and tub inside of it. Thanks to them taking up most of the interior room in the tank. Additionally the spigot is quite high so there's a good amount of water you don't have access to. So this is more like a 1 gallon (16 cup) dispenser. It looks pretty (bottom part does remind me of a dog food dish though) but lots of wasted space and the one filter use inside takes forever to fill, and the first part of the filled tank is too low to even come out to drink. The previous one the sold with 2 filter didn't look as pretty but waaaay better designed. you can have this one back I'll keep my old one.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. When you have unfiltered water in the reservoir and filtered water in the dispenser this will be 40 cups of water. Additionally the spigot sits higher so that you can easily fit a glass under the spigot without having to pull it to the edge of your counter. We hope this helped clear up a few of the comments you made.
