Easy to Use; Great Taste

I got this item 4 weeks ago and you could not pay me enough to make me return it to you! I had looked at the reviews and noted that some people found that the base was not high enough for ease of use. I solved that problem (plus the problem that I did not really have enough counter space to dedicate to it) by buying a heavy duty 3-step ladder/step stool. The filter tower sits on the top step. On the step below, I have an inverted casserole dish to raise whatever container I am trying to fill. (I don't mind holding a cup or glass under the spigot, but when I need to fill a pot to use for cooking, it's easier to sit it on something below.)
I love the glass since I did get a little bit of strange taste if I let the filtered water sit in the plastic pitcher that I bought to use until the tower became available.
With an unfiltered tap water reading of 555, I even use ZeroWater to wet and rinse my toothbrush.
I noted a bit of leakage around the filter seal, but by using a the gizmo I use to open hard-to-open jars, was able to tighten it so that it no longer leaked. I also had a little bit of leakage around the tap when I first set it up, but was able to tighten that a bit more and that solved that problem

I just received this and the brand new filter is 011. It’s not zero. It’s better than our tap water but it says to change it at 006 but it never was below 011.

Slow Dispensing

I Have three of the pitchers, 10 cup, 30 cup, and this one.
I like the 30 cup the best
This one displaces too slow. Perhaps if the spigot was placed lower on the glass.

We live in an area with high solids in the water supply, and it tastes it. We had a competitor's system which worked OK. We decided to switch to Zero Water and we're delighted we did! The filtered product is tremendously better than what we were getting and the filters have lasted longer. Our cats love the water too!!

Have been using the Zero Water filter system for almost two years and love it! Makes the water taste so much better. Love the tester that lets me know when it's time to change.
