I shopped for a freezer for about 3 months doing a lot of research. This has been by far an excellent freezer and for a good price. It is very attractive, which was necessary because it is in our family room. It is quiet and love the feature of the warning signal if the temperature is 10 degrees above the recommended setting. Couldn't be happier with this product and have nothing negative to say about it I would recommend this item to anybody.

This upright freezer was received brand new in May 2013 by July 2013 the freezer's timer malfunctioned and frosted the entire interior. We got it serviced through warranty and it has been working fine since. Other than the initial issue above the freezer works as expected.Pros: Freezes foods quickly.Frost free.Tight seal on door.Large storage space including in the door.Sliding Wire basket at bottom.Cons: Wire shelves are not adjustable.Not compact.No lock.Overall, decent product.

Quiet from day one.

I only know that it's working because I can see the red indicator light on. Nice spacing between shelves and the large basket in the lower bin is just what I was looking for. I bought this to replace a chest model and now I can see what's in it as soon as I open the door, no more digging for items. Great product at a reasonable price.

Bought this a year ago and quite happy with it. Freezes quickly and deeply. Door handle had a tendency to slip off but we seem to finally have it in place.

Had a Gibson for 35 years. Hope this one lasts as long.Frozen OJ doesn't stay frozen in the door tray. Probably because no air circulation in door trays because the bottoms are not vented.Cold level is on 4 as per instructionsFood on shelves are frozen.

Lots of room and cools quickly!

We bought this freezer a few months ago after relocating. We were expanding our family and figured we would need to expand our freezer space. This freezer cools very quickly, even when putting warm items in it. The auto defrost works fabulously. There is so much room in it we aren't sure how we are going to fill it! It is very quiet. You don't even know its there.
I would recommend this to a friend!
