I like that the dryer has a sensor to sense dampness so that your clothes are not baked.

Hot Dryer

The outside of the dryer seems to get hot after about two loads. I checked the vent and the installation and have not discovered a problem.The moisture sensing is a great feature but not with a mixed load. My blouse might get dried but my husband's cotten polo is still damp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I needed to replace my dryer so I had purchased a washer the same style and name and wanted to get one to match since I loved the washer so much. Whirlpool has always been my number 1 choice for the past 35 years. I would recommend this dryer to anyone looking to purchase one. It is a great size and really drys the cloths well. Even the very heavy items.Can't put into words how I love this dryer and all whirlpool appliances Thank you Whirlpool!!
