Works great

I have had the washer and dryer for about 3 months now. I love it, but I did wish there was an option to soak or prewash. But i haven't 'needed' that option yet as the washer has been very efficient in cleaning my clothes. Another thing I have noticed is that dog hair gets stuck in the grooves at the top of the inner basket and I can't get it out very easily, and when I run the clean washer with afresh, it doesn't clean this area. However, this does NOT affect the performance of the washer, it's just annoying to see the dirt and dog hair.

We bought this dryer with great assistance from an excellent sales person. Sheadvised us to look at this dryer, we liked all the controls and the fact that thecontrol panel was out of reach of small children. Signal to say load is done is quite,not a loud buzzer. The no wrinkle cycle and echo boost are great, this machineis amazing, it makes doing laundry a good thing!!!!!!

I REALLY LIKE THE WAY THE MACHINE GIVES ME THE DRYING TIME FOR THE LOAD AND I LIKE THAT THE DRYER IS SO QUIET WHEN IT IS RUNNING.

Very Good Dryer!

I've had this dryer for about a month now, and have tried most of its features. It does a very good job of drying the various clothes my family wears, and can handle bulky items like blankets and comforters with ease. It dries much quicker than my older dryer (a 10 year old Whirlpool that the buyer of our old home negotiated into the deal) and has a larger capacity. I like how customizable the cycles are, and especially the wrinkle shield! The best thing about this dryer in my eyes? The sensing feature actually works: You can get the waistband of your jeans dry without shrinking all the other stuff in the same load! Great dryer at an affordable price--good job Whirlpool!

I bought this about a month ago after my husband was unhappy with my really old dryer. It is very easy to use and it also energy efficient. The only thing I did not like was that we could not get our check vent light to shut off, and the salesman told us if it wasn't turning the dryer light off then it was fine.
