Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally had to replace my dryer after 20 years. Looked at many stores, prices and brands. I was looking for something easy to use, since I am teaching my children how to do their own wash. My 17 year old has Down Syndrome so she needed an appliance that was easy to understand. This fit the bill. Controls are easy to use, the door is easy to open, door sits high enough you do not have to bend far to get clothes out and gets the clothes dry. Would recommend this dryer.

We purchased this dryer in January, 2015, to replace our 20+years old Whirlpool dryer which was slowly dying. (settings not functioning) We chose the Whirlpool because of past ownership of this brand and being satisfied customers for years. We also wanted a dryer with energy saving features and this model met our needs.

Quiet, large drum dryer.

Dryer is sleek, easy to use, and especially has a large drum to accommodate comforters and large blankets. Pretty quiet and dries quicker than most brands resulting in savings. Love it!

I've been it since June. It is not bad. The washer is noisy, but it is not too much more so than the previous HE top loader I had. The dryer is fine. I don't care for the lint catching area though. It is not easy to clean; the removable lint catcher is easy though enough though. The wrinkle prevent is not as good as my previous dryer with that feature. You should promptly remove clothes if you don't want to have to iron.

I bought this washer when we moved into our new home. I love the feature that detects how big the load is! Does a great job on our clothes and big bulky items like bedspreads. Love Whirlpool products!
