The product is good as far as the "options" and "quality of performance". Two negative items would be: 1) Difficult to read the various options. Although the on/off and start buttons are lit, the size or type of loads are not lit, and difficult to read, especially if located in a corner or dark laundry room. 2) Although the lint screen seems to work very well, it seems that small amounts seem to gather around the top of the screen, and there are always two spots of lint on the, top-inside section of the screen.
