Quick Dry Times

Using the standard settings it drys clothes very quickly. It sometimes finishes the cycle before my large capacity washer. Very impressed.

I like my new whirlpool. After I changed the preset from the manufacturer, I was happy with the drying of the clothes. I did like my previous whirlpool dryer more then this one, it was simpler to use, drying was great and cleared lint better. It gave out after 14 years of great service and drying clothes. I hope this one will be half as good.

Technology for the not so technological talented

When I buy a dryer, I want 3 things, large capacity (can I throw my king size comforter in it?), is it quiet, and simple to use. I feel the more bells and whistles, the more things can break on an appliance, I just want to throw it into the dryer, push a button and forget about it...keep it simple. Unfortunately, today that is difficult to find, I guess I'm showing my age. This dryer comes the closest. I turn it on, choose the setting, and forget about it. If I leave the wrinkle free garments sitting in the dryer too long? I just hit the refresh button and I'm good to go. My laundry room is right off my kitchen and family room, I don't need to "hear" it while I'm watching tv or entertaining. The only draw-back for me...I don't like a side opening door. I like one that flips open, this way when I'm throwing clothes into the dryer, it 'catches' any socks or small items that are mixed in the clothes so they don't fall to the floor and I have to bend to pick them up but I guess this forces me to exercise, LOL.

I bought this to match the washer (which is also great) and couldn't be happier about them both! It has lots of setting to choose from and it's made right here in Ohio! I would definitely buy again and recommend to friends, family and enemies.
