Clean lines and Lots of Options

We researched and shopped a lot of products before choosing the Whirlpool Cabrio dryer. There are many dryers out there offering this feature or that feature. It was nice to find that Whirlpool was able to put all these features in this one dryer!The dryer is very sleek. It has nice, clean, lines, and is so easy to operate. I highly recommend that new owners read the instruction booklet thoroughly in order to maximize all the potential that this dryer has though, or you might miss some of the great features that Whirlpool has built in. Even if you choose not to read the instruction booklet, the controls are easy enough for most anyone to understand it's operation.One of my favorite things that this dryer offers is that it dries our clothes very quickly. And, when I say quickly, I do NOT mean that it cooks your clothes with high heat. It has a large drum, so it fluffs the clothes evenly as it is dries. Clothes come out looking great. I can even dry blankets and comforters without them getting bound up and unevenly dried. Not only is this dryer fast, but it is also quiet. So quiet, that most times, I can't even hear it running, and only know it is finished by the signal sound (which you can choose to hear or silence).If you would have told me 10 years ago that I would be able to soon buy a dryer that knew when my clothes were dry, I would have thought you were crazy. But, yes, that is another of the great features built into the Cabrio. It can actually sense when clothes are dry, and that means clothes never become scorched as they can with other dryers. Not only is this better for your clothes, it also saves on your electric bill by not continually running in a heat cycle.I love my Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer, and I would not hesitate buying other Whirlpool appliances because of their superior quality and reasonable prices.

Perfect fit.

We didn't actually need a washer but believe ours has lived long enough so we got the washer that matched our dryer. They arrived on time and were installed with no problem. Pleasantly surprised with the features which our 12 year old units didn't have. The wrinkle Free protection feature on the dryer was a bonus. I smile when I walk by them.

Works Great

I bought this dryer recently to replace an ancient Whirlpool that had quit heating. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bunch of stuff I didn't need, yet I wanted to have a choice of cycles. The Cabrio Platinum suits my needs perfectly. It is easy to operate, dries very well, and even has EcoBoost to help save on electricity. I really like this dryer a lot and now I'm hoping the washer dies so I can get the matching washer!

Smart dryer!

I am so happy with my new Whirlpool dryer. It is user friendly, has an Eco Monitor and adjusts the time automatically so I am using less energy. What impressed me the most so far was that it sensed that my dryer vents leading outside were completely blocked and alerted us. We were shocked at how much lint had built up and believe that is what caused our last dryer to stop working.I still have my 20 year old washer by another manufacturer but when it goes out I will be getting the Whirlpool Cabrio washer without a doubt.
