Great machine

I bought these machines with out new house. Sometimes the drying sensor jumps the gun on cloth diapers, which means I have to go back and restart the machine. But overall, great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Money saver!!

Since receiving this, the first thing we noticed is with the built in sensor, drying times are drastically decreased, saving time and money. Large bin allows us to dry comforters and large loads easily and efficiently. The extra money spent upfront is made up almost immediately in time, energy and money saved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drys heavy loads quickly

It drys heavy loads "towels" on the medium heat setting in 30 mins.

Our bleach dispenser not working right after end cycle water

Not happy with the water that's in bleach dispenser after end of last cycle.... Going to call repair man on this NEW washer!!!!

easy to use

I bought this about a month ago after my other Whirlpool dryer finally died after many years of use. I did a lot of research online and had initially looked at another Whirlpool dryer. After seeing the additional features this dryer had and the willingness of the sales associate to work with the price, I purchased this dryer. The interior drum is huge and the controls are easy to use. I've never had a washer or dryer with touch controls, and was a bit concerned about them-but they have been easy to use. (there is one large dial), the rest is touch control. I especially like the wrinkle guard function.
