Having owned the same dryer for the last 25 years I am so happy with my new Whirlpool dryer. Love the selection of cycles, temperatures and the "end of cycle" sound! Solid build and large door are plusses!

Had old washer (1988) and dryer (1992) and when I bought our new Whirlpool. WOW, did not know that todays products offered so advance settings and choices

Bought this to replace an old dryer. Have the cabrio washer, so wanted the dryer to go along with it. The dryer setting times are not close to accurate. Dry time will say 38 minutes and it takes over an hour to dry, and I don't overload. Lint gets stuck in the dryer, not in the lint trap and the lint that does make it into the trap falls out when I remove the trap and I am constantly having to clean it out. It gets the clothes dry, so it will do until I can afford a better dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
