The machine seems to work just fine. It does take a bit to get used to the moisture sensing feature. It doesn't always dry the heavier pieces of clothing, and when you put it back in to run a little longer, it cuts off in just a couple of minutes. The problem is probably user error and not being used to the added features. The instrument panel is hard to read, so its difficult to determine the proper settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hadn't bought a dryer in 10 years. What a difference! Love it! It's easy to use and dries the clothes perfectly.

Over all very happy with this dryer, this dries clothes a lot faster then our old dryer and a lot less noise

A Fantastic Dryer

This is the first hi tech dryer I ever purchased and it is fantastic. It senses the wetness of what is in it and cuts the drying time down so it saves on electricity and the time doing the laundry. I love it...
