4 years old and 6 repairman calls = FAIL.
Ice and water stop working. Bladder freezes. Leaks. Now it is making a constant loud humming noise! We will never purchase a Frigidaire product again.

Horrible!

I purchased this refrigerator almost 4 years ago and have already had it services twice last summer. It's having the same problem all over again we are now shopping for a new fridge. Never again will we purchase any frigidaire appliances nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We bought our fridge less than 3 years ago. Have had the entire computer board replaced and now the ice maker needs to be replaced. It has a short in it. Never again would I buy a frigidaire

Repairs.

This model is a piece of garbage. Bought 4 new appliances for our kitchen....microwave,range,dishwasher and the fridge....bought it in jan 2013....had the repairman out 3 times....freezer door kept popping open had to close it manualy....replaced gliders on both sides didn't work.....freezer kept getting caught when you opened it. Finally they gave us a new fridge. Couple of weeks later the flipper mullion on the left hand door wouldn;t close when you opened both doors....waiting for the repair man to come out this week for the third time,,,,if he can't fix it we get another new fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WE BOUGHT THIS 3 YEARS AGO WITH THE ICE MAKER IN THE TOP PART OF THE REFRIDGERATOR - WE HAVE HAD 5 SERVICE CALLS ON THIS. DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIDGERATOR UNLESS THE ICE MAKER IS IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Not the best

I have had problems with the ice maker since the beginning - the ice comes out very very slowly. The ice maker freezes up often as well. Very disappointing purchase.
The filters are also quite expensive and need replaced 2x a year.

The freezer is useless

I bought this product 3 years ago and will never purchase a refrigerator of this brand again. Our freezer is basically useless. The track constantly freezes over causing the drawer not to shut all the way. If we put food on the bottom of the drawer the door doesn't close correctly and the freezer ices over. The ice machine chucks ice behind the drawers. We basically can only have 2 items in our freezer or the freezer doesn't work. We have had the whole freezer taken a part and put back together... it still doesn't work correctly.

camcam87, I am sorry to hear of the frustration you have experienced with your refrigerators freezer drawer. It almost sounds like your drawer is out of level. Please see page 6 in your Owner’s Manual for directions for leveling the freezer drawer. Also, if the basket is not resting on the stabilizer bar retainer clips correctly, the drawer will not close properly. Remove all items from basket. Remove basket by pulling basket out to full extension and lift out. To reinstall upper basket; position basket onto the retainer clips, making sure the front of the basket rests in the retainer clips on the stabilizer bar. The door gasket should be evenly compressed and in the channel all the way around. If gasket is compressed more in an area, use a blow dryer on low heat to warm, stretch & reform gasket. Not good

The icemaker failed after a year. It makes a terrible sound all the time, and now at year 6 wont stay cold. Last one from this manufacture.
