we are so pleased with our refrigerator that I am going to buy one in black for my son and daughter in law for a wedding gift to match their black dishwasher, stove and microwave in a house that they are closing on today. Frigidaire is simply the best we have ever owned.Thanks

Complete design failure

Replaced by manufacturer after 7 service calls, now the new one is bad too. Insulation in back seperated away from unit. Condensation dripping on floor. Glad I bought service plan.

horrible icemaker

We bought this model 6 months ago and have been very satisfied with everything except thr ice maker. It has frozen up and been replaced twice. It makes small cubes and the worst part is the dispenser. You have to open freezer and shake it to break up the cubes EVERYTIME you want ice. Even then it takes 20-30 seconds to get 8-10 small cubes. Very poor design.

Horrible

I bought this 3 years ago, within 3 months the plastic around the light blub inside melted. - no replacement only option put another piece of plastic on top. Now the compressor is one and the cost to replace is more than the fridge itself. I will never by Frigidaire again.

Freezer Door Opens

Every time we close the refrigerator door, the freezer door cracks open about 1/2" on the right side. It has been repaired twice, but continues to be a problem. We have also had problems with the ice maker. We are ready to set the unit on the curb and let someone take it for free. What a piece of garbage. Do not waste your hard earned money on this appliance.

Hello Frigidaire Friend! All four corners of your cabinet must rest firmly on the floor. Your cabinet should be level at the front and rear. The sides should tilt 1/4 inch (6 mm) from front to back (to ensure that doors close and seal properly). Your doors should align with each other and be level. Also, I suggest checking your door gasket to make sure it is sealing properly. The best way to test this would be to place a dollar bill between the body of your refrigerator and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then we would suggest a replacement door gasket. Perfect size

The only downfall is that i have had a technician out twice to fix my ice machine. Not sure if i got a defected one or if this is an issue with this model. Besides that i love my fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a month ago.Its quiet running.Has no print stainless.The water filter is easily accessible. The ice cube tray is large and the top freezer drawer closes complete when freezer door is closed.
