Great Value!

We replaced a 20 year old refrigerator in our downstairs den with this Frigidaire refrigerator. It's the perfect size for our den and comes at very affordable price. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but certainly serves its purpose.

WE HAD A MORE EXPENSIVE WHIRLPOOL SIDE BY SIDE, AND REPLACED IT WITH THIS FRIGIDAIRE MODEL. WE HAVE MORE SPACE IN THIS ONE,LOVE THE WIRE SHELVES AND THE GREAT SPACE IN THE DOOR SHELVES. IT IS HONESTLY THE ONLY ONE WE WILL EVER OWN. LOVE IT!

Just Right for Us!

This was a great buy, it had all the features we were looking for: Glass shelves, Deli drawer, 2 produce bins, gallon door storage, and separate controls for the fresh & frozen compartments. It also came with a free ice maker and delivery. We did have to turn the freezer a bit colder than the "Normal" setting for ice cream but it's working great so far! The manufacturer's extended warranty is a better deal than the one the store offered so we're going with that.

No Cover

Just received my refrigerator today. There is no cover over the light bulb. Very disappointing. I was cold that its now recessed behind the setting area and is protected. I still think its a safety issue. I can see my teenage son pulling a carton from the top and knocking it. Anything to save money, I guess.

Nice, but...

We are relatively happy with our purchase. We would love it if it had a cover over the light, and the shelves are being made of too light of a material, they bow when loaded with water bottles and other items we typically keep in the fridge. This is a poor place to skimp on material.

Good for small spaces

This is a good energy saving no frills refrigerator great for a small space. It is a no frills model which is fine, I don't require anything fancy. That said the overall interior design isn't great for a small family of 3. The freezer is very small and does not hold very much. It is ok if I do not do a large or medium grocery shopping. The handle has broken two times and we have not had it even a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frigidaire is cost effective

Since we got the Frigidaire refrigerator, our electric bill has dropped significantly. It does a good job, although occasionally, it's a little noisy. Other than that, we certainly are glad we have it!
