We bought this about 6 months ago and we hate it. It doesn't have cold water, you can read that in the fine print. The ice maker jams almost every day or gets confused between crushed and cubed. It is quite load as well. The only cool feature is the spot for frozen pizzas in the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this refrig. in 2014 and am sorry I did. Ice cubes fall out of the ice maker into the freezer compartment. The ice dispenser does not stop quickly, overfills the glass and spills ice cubes on the floor. The cantilever sliding glass shelf will not hold heavy items like a watermelon. Ours broke easily.

ABSOLUTE PIECE OF JUNK

By far the worse fridge i've ever had. It's SO SMALL INSIDE! The ice maker takes the cake though. It's jammed EVERY SINGLE DAY. Either the cubes done break into the pieces they are supposed, which makes it so no ice comes out. Then it will randomly crush your ice for no reason while on the cube function. STAY AWAY

Not worth it

Our builder included this fridge when we bought our home. The shelves are cracking. The doors do not always close all the way. Like others have said, the ice maker is a hit or miss. My tray will either be overflowing or no ice is made.

Worst Fridge EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for a few years and it has failed expectations in almost every way. Like others said, the icemaker is awful. We used to get what I called slot machine Ice because it just kept coming out. Then one day it just stopped dispensing. Also, all three of the drawers have broken and cracked, as have a few of the shelves on the door. Overall I have never seen an appliance with such shoddy parts. I will definitely look at other brands for my next fridge purchase based on the horrible experience we had with this model.

Piece of GARBAGE!

All the reviews on this are spot on! It is noisy, ice drops all over the floor every time you try to fill a glass, and mine is only about 2 years old and it has stopped making ice altogether. I was looking for size, function, and athesthic appeal when I purchased. I wish that I'd have looked at the reviews.

Six Years to Corpse

We inherited this with a house we purchased. The unit is only ~6 years old or so, but it has leaks, an extremely loud ice machine that can't decide whether to give you crushed, half-moon, or a mix, regardless of which button you push, freezer burn (regardless of the freezer temp), and now another one of the motors is going out, by becoming extremely loud and shutting off intermittently. We had a technician examine it and find that one motor is broken completely and another needs to be repaired or replaced as well. One motor was replaced a few years ago, and the other problems have been going for at least three or four years, according to our sellers. That's an exceptionally poor appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought just under three years ago the digital temp indacator went bad after a year can't tell what temp is now it decided not to work at all. Will not be buying this brand again Best Buy garbage
