We purchased this game for my boyfriend's 5 years old son's birthday. AND HE LOVES IT. He loves the micromods for the game too with the different colors for SpongeBob's outfit. The math problems keep him on his toes. He has never been introduced to fractions and it was joyful watching him catch on. He calls the little bad guys the kids haha. This is probably his favorite game so far!
Pros: Good for on-the-go play, Fun for kids

Very Disappointed

This game should not be sold as educational. There is so little math, in between these ridiculous fighting scenes that my 6 year old cannot finish. I asked for my money back within hours of buying it. My son won't even play it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My 7 year olds opinion

I am asking my 7 year old her opinion as she is the one who is playing with it.
she says she likes it as a game. she says it is not really teaching you anything it is just for fun and to keep you occupied while mommie is shopping.
I would personally like a more larger print easy to read and follow guide with the majority of the products but thats just my opinion.

Bought this for my grandson, he loves SpongeBob. This game is not very entertaining. Even when you move from level to level the game seem to get harder, but the format does not change. Your always in the same scene, just more enemies. He does not seem to challenged by this game. Would not recommend just based on his limited use.
Pros: Not engaging enough
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

lots of boxing/fists

Badly needs more educational "fun". Like an arcade game versus more learning and variety while having fun. Boy twin enjoyed, but the girl twin found it rather boring to just keep boxing. Not one of Leap Frog's best.

My kids love this game. If you don't 'get' the show, chances are you're not going to want your kids to have this game. I think the show is hilarious and the game keeps the same atmosphere all while teaching them math. I know this game has helped them with their math skills, because they've been playing it all summer and are flying through their math homework now that they're back in school. I love that.

My child doesn't realize he's learning, its so much fun. I wish the learning games were a bit less expensive though.
