All around good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best stove I've ever owned, it cleans up and looks great. It's true about the burners being hot for a long time after use but there is a warning light that lets you know that its HOT.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The polish included with the stove makes cleaning and polishing the cooktop an easy task. The oven is easy to operate, the controls are simple and the oven heats well and overall I'm pleased with the quality, value and price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first "solid" top range I have owned. I am disappointed with the length of time it takes to cool down More than once someone has put a pot down on a still hot top and burned the contents in the pot because the top was not yet cool. I am also disappointed with the length of time it takes the stove to warm up. Even then, it really is not "at temperature". I find I have to start the oven 20 or more minutes before I use it to be sure I am starting at the right temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Range not up to GE standard

We cook a lot of Italian and were not told what to use to clean the dials and front of stove with, so we used Lysol kitchen cleaner - not good! The numbers to tell you how much heat for the burners are completely worn off and one of the red indicator lights has broken already too! Oh and one of the burners doesn't get as hot as it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
