I am needing an replacement, my current one i believe is dying, I've had it for over 15yrs and now that i work from home and so many things are being plugged into it, that i need to protect. So glad they still carry them, going to order 2

An Excellent Surge Protector and Amazingly Useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw this surge protector and the prospect of the pivoting outlets seeming exceptionally useful; having a 12-outlet surge protector is all well and good, but, when you can't USE half of them because of the proximity of the outlets. Every single one of these outlets can be used at once (the interior ones are stationary, but the four on either side can be pivoted to allow additional inputs. You will not regret buying this surge protector!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Belkin’s PivotPlug 12-Outlet Surge Protector is EXACTLY what I was looking for while setting up my home office. I needed something that could accommodate dual monitors, a docking station, a lamp, a printer and a smart speaker. This did the job…with room to spare! The PivotPlug feature is really convenient for fitting some of the more bulky plugs while allowing every outlet to be used. The cord guide is also useful for cable management. I feel confident that if there is any sort of power surge or electrical imbalance, my technology will be safe with this.

Perfect for home office or entertainment center

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this surge protector so much because it allows me to position multiple plugs, that usually interfere with each other, at different angles. Many plugs for devices now contain the actual transformer/convertor for the devices power supply. With that the plugs are larger, and also can have the cord coming from differing directions out of the plug. With this surge protector you can pivot each outlet so that the plug or cord does not interfere with the outlet next to it.
There are a bunch of outlets, and it utilized a cable organizer at one end to allow you keep everything tidy.
I think this is must have for any area you have multiple devices in use.

This is the best set up for my entertainment center. You never know when a surge is going to destroy your equipment. The pivoting outlets are perfect for wall warts.

Stopped working within the year

Mine shocks & flashes: Did I get a faulty one?

I have the Belkin model exactly like this one, except for the rj11 telephone sockets. The lights are both on, but the unit seems to leak quite a bit of electricity, giving me a not-insignificant shock when handling it. It also puts out quite a flash when plugging anything into it. They don't all do this; do they? Did I get a faulty one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saved my life

I don't know when I bought this, perhaps 4 years ago.
Tonight I noticed that the light was red. I removed all the tools plugged into it, and saw that one outlet was white around it, and the frame of it had started to melt.
I'm one lucky lady!
