Best of the best!

Awesome machine. One of the few in my 40 years in the commercial real estate business that seemed to be designed by a user versus some tech guy. I have always wondered why all copiers/printers didn't dispense the paper at the front versus the side where there is usually something else next to it. Very efficient use of the footprint. The wireless function is great too since our server goes down occasionally. I have had other brands of multi-function machines and this is hands down the best. ADF for PDFs is flawless.
Pros: front loading, front dispensing, deep paper cassette for a full ream, adf great for pdf creation, double-sided printing works great

Scanning is a pain
on September 17, 2013

I've been using this machine for about a year now and it has great features, but scanning (especially double-sided) is very touch-and-go. Often I am scanning papers that have been tri-folded and 95% of the time I have to scan one side and select "scan other side" rather than being able to just hit "scan double-sided". Otherwise it will just beep at me after the first page or two because it has jammed itself. I don't have this problem as often with non-folded papers, but it still sometimes comes up and is quite annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Insure professional installment

Business Owners I have enjoyed the advance software and the ability to do more with this smaller unit. The scan to folders and email with the 2 sided are a real benefit as we move into a paperless environment. The speed is very good and a plus + + + with more options are a great buy in this smaller unit. The main change about my purchase is that I would choose a color unit and not just a B/W. I would also like to see the owners manual become more user friendly. Your installers make the differences, choose a professional installer !!! Regards, Insurance Guru.
Pros: software
Cons: only b/w copies
