Overall a great case. The only thing I don't like is that the volume button doesn't line up well so it can be difficult to adjust unless just right.

Not only is the case really cute, it makes me feel like the phone will be safe from damage when I drop it. The case is pretty light in color, but it has stayed clean, which had been a concern. Very happy with the purchase!

Good solid case. I was leary at first, because I'm very rough on phones, but I gave it a shot. Everything fit together well. The screen cover in the case was gouged when I was at work. I was expecting to have to buy another screen cover, but the whole case was covered under warranty. I also paired this case with Alpha glass. I'm not sure that was a good idea because I don't think the screen protector of the case can seat down on the phone very well.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: not paired with other products well.

occasionally there might be a problem with an otter box but when they take care of it with no hassle in a very expeditious way I have no problem recommending the defender series otter box to any one . it has always been a standard purchase in our home with a new phone .

I have been purchasing OTTERBOXs for several years now for my iphones and now samsungs. This company is a stellar company; therefore, they stand behind their products. When I bought the military grade for my iphone a car ran over my phone in the case and NOTHING happen to the phone. Now I have the Defender and I love the feel and LOVE the print. I do have some suggestions. Thank you for making a great product.
