I recently switched to Symmetry case after having the Commuter case for over a year. I liked the Commuter case but the Symmetry is thinner, lighter and all one piece so it's very easy to slip on or take off. (If you've had other Otter cases then you know that the removal struggle is real - looking at you, Defender iPad mini case!) The reason I did not give the Symmetry case top marks is because 1.) There is no screen protection. 2.) It's a lot thinner than the other cases so I'm thinking this will offer minimal protection if it's dropped. I rarely use my phone so I think Symmetry will do the job for me. But if you need an extremely tough and durable case then I recommend the Defender model from Otter. My friend accidentally dropped her Defender-cased iPhone from a second floor balcony and it landed onto a tile floor below. The Defender protected the iPhone perfectly - we couldn't believe it. That incident turned me into an Otterbox customer!)
Pros: High quality, Durable, easy to take on/off, light
Cons: no screen protection, minimal protection if dropped

I like a durable case but don't want to look like a construction worker. This case is extremely durable but fashionable. I had to get rid of another case because the speaker was covered and it was hard to use the phone. This case easily allows me to use the phone & facetime.

Very happy with this case, fits well, yet was easy to get on the phone. Protection is very good, and I like that I can place the iPhone on its face on a table. All buttons work well and feel well covered. Ports are equally well protected. Caveat: My hands are smooth in winter, very little grip, so I need to be careful when I pick up the case. I would like it more if the case were a bit "stickier", and I would accept that it would not slide into a pocket so easily. The case has slipped out of my hand a couple of times and survived the falls unscathed, yet if the case were not so smooth this would not have occurred. Oh well....

I really like the color choices and amount of protection this case gives me. I have dropped my phone a few times and was forced to get a quality case....I chose Otterbox bc of the many positive reviews and actual testimonies of friends. This case is not too bulky, yet gives maximum protection and looks awesome!
