The Symmetry Series design, while minimalistic in its approach compared to other OtterBox cases, provides a reasonable range of protection for a reasonable iPhone user. This being my first smartphone ever, I am very careful and conscious about the placement and location of my phone and I have not dropped my phone as much because of this awareness. But the times I have dropped it, I feel confident that, because of the durable outer plastic casing and the rubber interior, my phone will be protected from basic drops. I'm not too certain that it would be completely protected from a more intense drop, or, say a car rolling over it, but it seems to serve its purpose.
Pros: High quality, Durable, sleek design, doesn't look like your typical otterbox, price
Cons: no screen protection, not waterproof

I wanted a smaller yet protecting case for my IPhone5s. I am also an artsy person and this case does it for me. It doesn't make my phone bulky yet it has also done a great job protecting it when I have dropped it. The buttons are still easy to push on the top and sides of the phone and all my cords fit in perfectly without the case getting in the way. I have also received many comments on how cool and unique the design is! GREAT CASE!
