I got a new phone, its much bigger then my previous phone and harder to hold on to. I knew I needed an Otterbox to protect it. My son has had a dozen phones (like most teenagers) and the Otterbox has saved every one of them. I got the LG3 which I understand is a new phone. While my Otterbox has already saved my phone (literally the day I got the case I dropped the phone in a store parking lot), I had very few cases to chose from. It would be nice to see a larger selection of colors/patterns.

This case is great because it offers excellent protection while not making the phone any larger. It is the perfect slim form for this phone. I combined it with a tempered glass screen since this doesn't come with a screen protector but I think that is the perfect combination.

I purchased the pink and purple Symmetry Series Otterbox case. I wish it had a kick stand but it wasn't a must have so it's not majorly important. My wireless provider didn't have many feminine cases to choose from when I purchased my phone. I needed something that would allow me to comfortably hold my phone, fits my personality and protects my phone from damage. My case came in just a couple of days. It was pretty at first glance. I love my case!! I don't like how the sides of the case seem to fray a bit from contact with other things (I guess). I assume it's normal wear and tear of a case depending on your own lifestyle. But overall I'm happy with my case.

I really like this case and there are hardly any faults with it. However, the softer plastic has already started to detach from the hard plastic at the top which is disappointing, and it is also difficult to get the phone into the case itself. Overall, this is a solid case and it protects my phone really well, it's just unfortunate that it has started to deteriorate so quickly.

I purchased this Otterbox for my LG G3 in the pink/purple... It is highly functional - not too bulky and looks so cute on my phone! The pink is very bright if that is what you're looking for. I am so glad I purchased it although it was rather pricy and the shipping cost to Canada was horrendous. Unfortunately this case was not available in stores and I had to buy through this website. I love my Otterbox :)

After looking at all kinds of covers for my LG G3 last night at the mall (ughh) I decided on an OtterBox Symmetry plus a purchase of a screen cover for added protection. I like the Symmetry but agree with a couple other reviews. When handling the phone I find a somewhat slippery feel to the nicely slick look of the cover. I very much dislike the fact that the phone slips and spins when it is placed on it's back on a desk, table, or a smooth surface. Texting is awkward and two hands are required even when it's on the table. I would give more stars if not for this. Re-thinking what I consider design flaws should be high priority but the protection offered is awesome and the reason I purchased an OtterBox. I am not 100% satisfied and seriously considering returning it to the store and starting my search again.

I have purchased many Otterbox cases throughout my phone buying years and I have had too many phones to list due to my sick obsession. I usually purchase an Otterbox case for my device.
Buying the Defender series means ultimate protection. Most time I would purchase the Defender series but shortly afterwards I would want something just a little thinner. The case is built amazingly and I never had a single worry while my device was inside the case. But the case is big. Putting the phone inside your pocket is a pain as well as to remove but Otterbox does give you a holster with the case. Once I grew tired of the I would then purchase the Commuter series.
The Commuter series case offers excellent device protection but I was not found of the materials used for this case. For me the Commuter series was not that much smaller than the Defender series and the rubber inside would stretch to easily and begin to look bad pulling away from the device resulting in me purchasing yet another case.
I just purchased the LG G3 and again went looking for a case. I purchased the Defender series as usual and while Otterbox did a excellent job making the case as slim as possible I quickly grew tired of the size and returned it.
While returning the case I was shown the Symmetry series case by a sales associate. I was skeptical when he showed the package. I figured it was just the Commuter series with a new name. WRONG.
The symmetry series is slim. The case is molded together with the rubber inside with the plastic outer shell. The rubber inside is hard so I do not think I will have a problem with the stretching as I did with the commuter series.
The overall design of the case is fantastic and looks amazing on my device. I cannot believe it took Otterbox so long to develop this case which is a perfect marriage between the Defender series and the Commuter series. I am very pleased with this case and for the first time I feel the need to spread the word about this case. I have already left very positive reviews on more than a handful of sites and have already had some friends and family purchase this case. I am very excited for this case and cannot wait for more colors to arrive as I will definitely purchase another one in another color. Thank you Otterbox you nailed this one.
