I have owned an OtterBox with every phone and I love the product. I love the Realtree Camo design and colors! I love the durability of the product, it has always protected my phone. OtterBox has by far the best warranty coverage around, their customer service is amazing! So overall, I LOVE OTTERBOX. I do have to say I am slightly disappointed in the Apple 5S design. Due to having the fingerprint capability, there is a hole in the screen protector. Everything and I mean everything (dust, dirt, hair, etc.) seems to get under the screen protector. I hate that part of it. I am taking my case off every hour and cleaning it because it looks awful. But like I said, I LOVE OtterBox and their product, I am just slightly disappointed with the screen protector design but I do understand why it is like that.

I ordered otter boxes for my husband, who got the camo, I got the pink camo. Love them. When you spend so much on a phone you need an Otter box, well worth the money.

I don't know of anyone who hasn't dropped their smart phone and I see folks all the time with cracked screens. With the Otter, I've been protected from that problem. It's inevitable that you will drop it and so far the Otter has totally protected my I 5 phone from any damaged.
I did drop the phone while it was in the case and broke the plastic belt clip. The representative from Otter was so nice and helpful. She ended up sending me a new case and clip to replace my old one. Never have I gotten such wonderful customer service and quick delivery of a replacement product.
They've sold me on the product and especially the service.
