I bought my case 1.5 years ago,and the holster broke for it,I sent in pics if it and The Otters sent me a new case and holster to replace it for free,great service :).
The case itself is fine ,very durable an protects my iPhone 5 quite well. I am a mechanic so it is exactly what I need to protect my phone,a very good product.

I love the protective layers that the otterbox adds to my iphone 5.....however it does make it quite bulky.....I wish that the charging port was more accessible for docking....the only complaint after two replacements in one year is the peeling that occurs to the silicone after light use.....this drive me nuts, however otterbox has been great at replacing these with a new case no questions asked! Great customer service!

The case protects the phone really well. The clip used to hold the phone into the belt clip holder causes damage to the phone case and has broken twice. Appears to either be a poor design or bad materials of construction.
Cons: Not durable

The case protects the phone. I am extremely unhappy with having to take the whole case completely apart to clean the garbage out of the inside The way reason that dirt gets inside over the screen is the opening over the button button on the iPhone 5s. I broke the silicone around the case by constantly having to remove it to clean it. Otter box replaced unit but this will be a recurring problem. Very unhappy with the case as far as being able to keep my screen visibly clean.

Cons: Not durable
