This is my forth Otterbox case each case has worked very well to protect my phone. I have even accidentally ran over my phone in an OB case with my Van and it protected my phone, the case got a little scratched up but the phone was not damaged at all. With the cost of cell phones today it is worth it to pay a little extra for a quality case :

Overall I love the case. It has a great design and it protects my phone well both still be light weight. The only problem was that the charging port cover was slightly ripped when I received it in the mail. It seemed as if the packaging had done that during shipping.

I have an iPhone 5s in a Otter Box Defender Case and I must say WOW!! I dropped my phone at a Seattle Seahawks Game and it bounced off the concrete and ended 2 rows in front of me and a person picked it up and passed it back to me and it still works like a Champ.....LOVE Otter Box!! Thanks!!

Do not like this case

I got this case to replace my previous Armour box id had for years. Its perfect for drop protection. But i dont like the fact that a lot of dust gets inside this case, into the speakers. Then it gets into the cracks of the home button. Inwould not buy this case again. I cant wait for the otterbox armour to come back. It was far superior to this.

Farm worthy

I bought my case a couple of years ago. I live on a farm and am constantly dropping it or leaving it in unsafe situations. This week I went to grab our garbage can that had blown into the road and my phone fell out of Munson pocket. I realized this after dragging the can out of the way but it was too late to grab it as there was a semi coming. I watched this semi hit my phone and feared the worst. Walked over picked it up and the phone is still working. The case has a couple of cracks but other then that everything is fine. I will be getting a new one since I'm not sure it couldn't handle 2 hits by a semi.
