[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had a built-in Jen-Aire which was from 1997 and worried it wouldn't fit. But all worked great. I like that although a little smaller outside the turntable is much bigger. All the auto cook features were also a boon. Very satisfied!

DO NOT BUY - very limited replacement parts

We have owned this microwave for about 15 months in our new build home. My 4 year old broke one of the latch arms over the weekend, and I am unable to find a replacement for it. The latches are extremely flimsy (see: tiny 4 year old broke it), and to not sell a replacement is insane. We will not be buying another Frigidaire microwave to replace the one my daughter (did I mention she is a tiny 30lb 4 year old??) broke.

Great Microwave

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this model for around 2 months. Works wonderfully. Love the quick minutes feature. Also as an avid popcorn fan, the preset level actually does wonders leaving almost none unpopped and not burnt.
