[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works great. Not as many features as I wanted, like turning the turntable off. Major complaint is that it came with the wrong trim kit for installation and after 2 months we're still waiting for it.

Some not so great features

I replaced my microwave because the fan quit working only to find out the new microwave has no fan. I also find the control buttons too hard to program-very hard to push on. I also can no longer preset the time and setting for my next microwave event as the timer will just tick the time way. That is a very disliked feature..
