Built in microwave oven

Purchased this product to replace same product that was installed by the builder. First one was less than 2 years old & stopped heating. The replacement, purchased January 2022, has stopped heating. Warranty expired as today is 03/04/2023. Totally disgusted. Must now buy another replacement. I can promise that it will not be made by Frigidaire.

We are terribly disappointed to learn of your troubling experience and apologize for the inconvenience this has created for you and your home. This is certainly not the impression we were aiming to make. For heating issues, we have to determine if there is adequate power going to the unit, microwave should be on a 120v circuit. The microwave should be on a dedicated non GFI circuit to avoid tripping the GFCI breaker and no other appliances should be on the same circuit. It is also important to make sure that the microwave was cleaned, The internal cavity (sides, back and, top) should be cleaned according to the owner’s manual. Be sure not to remove or damage the wave guide when cleaning. You are able to view additional information with the following link,

DO NOT BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this included in our new home for 1 month and it stopped working properly. Neighbors of ours have had 3 in 6 months. Stay away, spend your money elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but three replacements in 8 years?
