This GE refrigerator replaced a 20 year old side by side GE. So far after one month I am very pleased. I especially like the bright LED lighting and auto fill water dispenser.

Purchased 8 months ago (Dec. 2014). Constant issues with compressor motor and the numerous fans this frig has. Service at least once a month for new parts or software updates. Really disappointed in this item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
