Great appearance, but cooling properly!!!!

I bought this fridge in March and I have been having issues with it. Shortly after it was delivered we found that the fridge was not cooling. GE technician came and fixed it, we were told that the fan was bad. Now our food gets spoil after 5 days in this fridge. I love GE products but this refrigerator has manufacturer defects!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy, Slow Ice Making, Broke Down after 5 Weeks

First impression was great. Unfortunately this refrigerator has not lived up to this impression. This is a very noisy fridge. It make a lot of different noises as it cycles. With two ice makers one would think that you would have plenty of ice for a family of five. We are finding that this is not the case. It takes a long time to produce ice. Lastly, me new refrigerator that was installed just five weeks ago, has completely stopped working this Saturday morning. What a great way to start a weekend!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just had this install and so far it is great. It is so quite I find myself checking to make sure it is still running. Kinda fun being able to upload photos, wish they would display longer. Would be nice if it made ice faster. Will update in a few months.

We bought this refrigerator a few months ago and I absolutely love this appliance. I did not know how I would like French doors and a bottom freezer but found that I would never want another kind of fridge again. It is so easy to see where everything is in the refrigerator and it is so easy to see what you have in the freezer. The compartments for other foods in the refrigerator are well marked and convenient. I cannot think of a single negative. The refrigerator is beautiful to look at and works wonderfully. LOVE this fridge!!

Early Cooling failure

This is a lovely refrigerator and holds lots of cold a frozen food. I like the space better than my former side by side. It looks really nice. Unfortunately it did require a repair because it stopped cooling approximately 5-6 weeks after it was delivered and installed. When they came to check on warranty they had to replace the fan and update software. It been almost 2 months since this repair and now it seems to be working fine

We re extremely pleased with this refrigerator! It is very roomy and the bottom freezer has extra large capacity! Two icemakers are great when we have extra company, and the choice of water, ice cubes or crushed ice is great. I also like that when you dispense the water it tell how many ounces it is pouring, great for recipes! When the grandchildren visit, it also chimes when they haven't closed the door properly. Excellent choice!

This beast of a refrigerator is everything a woman who knows her way around the kitchen needs. The space is awesome; gadgets are plenty; and when entertaining, i can share our wedding photos with the built in slide-show feature. The new technology is everything a girl wants in a frige!
