Lots of great features, maybe too many?

This is a great fridge, I have very few complaints other than the scratched door upon delivery. During the initial cooling it was quite loud but once the temp was stable it quieted down a lot. The water dispenser on the door drips after use leaving water spots on the tray. I use the auto fill feature a lot and it's pretty accurate. There are a few items that throw it off like coffee pots and other non standard shaped containers. Door shelf space is kind of limited and hard to access with the drop down tray in use. It takes some getting used to but it seems like most refrigerators we looked at were a bit over engineered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good

This fridge was just installed and it is just getting cool right now. My only complaint so far is why is some of the protective film so hard to remove, and why is the tape so sticky, as to leave hard to remove pieces behind? For some of the residue on the inside plastic, I needed to use a green scrubby followed by a magic eraser to get it all.

GE Profile French Door Refrigerator

Beautiful look, very spacious, great features. However, it stopped cooling within 3 months and needed repairs. Sure, GE is coming out at no charge but disappointing quality in my opinion. We replaced an older GE Profile side-by-side that got noisy over time but never stopped cooling, I would argue that this new model is louder than the older one. Yes, it needs to fill up the ice makers, but not convinced it needs to be as loud as it is. A lot of buzzing and elves running around inside making ice at times and they are noisy! My family worked at and always purchased GE, but the quality doesn't seem to be there any more. I don't think I'll purchase another GE product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
