I wasn't out to buy a refrigerator with a built in Keurig, but the GE profile refrigerator I was going to get was out of stock and they had the one with the Keurig in stock. So I figured I'd get it. Nice feature that I'm still trying to figure out. I've not mastered it yet, as I forget to have the cup under their when the water is heating up. When it gets to 90% hot it lets water out, I'm figuring some type of purge, but not really sure why. Otherwise wise I like having one less kitchen appliance on the counter. Love everything else about the refrigerator, especially its size.

Messy Keurig, app does not work

Nice looking refrigerator, inside and out. BUT the Keurig splashes coffee EVERYWHERE. Around the cup, down the front of the refrigerator, onto the floor. It’s a few minutes of cleaning up after every cup made, which on stainless steel isn’t always as easy as just wiping. The app to preheat the Keurig also has not worked for us except one time and we’ve had it for weeks. It always says the refrigerator is “Offline”.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hot and cold

What to say. Good brand; family has had profile units for many years. Wife and I recently remodeled with GE Profile appliances through kitchen and laundry room. Refrigerator works great fits our space perfectly and has the storage we need for a growing family of 4. Freezer has good storage and the various compartments are useful for storing our toddlers food separate from the breast milk for our new born. Hookup was easy; Icemaker seems to work correctly and the built in Coffee maker is a nice to have feature. Saves counter space and I’ve set it on a schedule so I can make my coffee to go each morning on my way to work.
Only con is keureg does take a little bit to heat, but it’s a refrigerator. Wouldn’t make sense to be hot all the time from an energy perspective anyways.
I still think it’s an expensive 600$ option, but saving the counter space was worth it to my wife...
All in all it’s a refrigerator, works well, keeps things that should be cold cold,has great capacity, and makes a hot cup of coffee if you want.

Noticeable harmonic hum

This is a good refrigerator and the features are great. We have had it for almost 6 weeks.
However, there is a harmonic humm that occurs a majority of the time. We have had it serviced. The hum is basically due to the number of fans and compressor that help make it efficient. The hum for me personally is like noise torture and gives noise fatigue after a while. We have a great room so it is difficult to get away from the sound. When it goes off it is dramatically quiet. For that reason alone I would return the refrigerator and am trying to do so, unless GE comes up with a way to muffle the harmonic sound.

If you like to use ice in your house do not buy this refrigerator in 24 hours it makes about a tray of ice

Cold and Hot

Well thought out refrigerator. The shelves are easily adjustable. The water filter is in a very assessable location. The bins are easy to remove to clean. The large drawer helps keep meats and cheeses organized. The Keurig works beautifully! Nice hot cup of coffee at the touch of a button. The ice replenish is in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely Would recommend this model to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

Known leaks - don't buy

We bought this with high hopes for the integrated Keurig. From the first test run the system leaked - right into the freezer and jammed the door. Found out it's a known issue with NO FIX from GE. Returned. Shouldn't be selling this.

The unit works quite well, We did notice a few things,
1. The drawers cannot be opened unless both doors are open. In our opinion it makes the double door concept rather useless.
2. The sliding shelf is next to useless in its position suggested you have to move items to get the drawer to move.
3. The coffee maker is cute in fact the entire in the door set up is "cute"; Just does not seem to be that user friendly.
4. The freezer drawer is not bad. The Drawer is more useful than the large drawer. Very difficult to keep organized and clean in our opinion
