Get the extended warranty

Factory installed evaporative cooling fan failed after 9 months. Fortunately it was covered under warranty. The worst part is that the fan upgrade needed to have a technician take the fridge apart. Not sure how long the replacement part will last. Fingers crossed. The fridge also exercise ice freezing up in the bid on the door. This may have been a result of the fan. The picture screen also tends to freeze up not and then and controls don't work forcing a powered down and reboot to the fridge. The auto fill is about 2.oz off of calibration. Hopefully the software upgrade installed by the technician will work??!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible noises constantly! Ice forms on the front

I bought the refrigerator during the summer for a kitchen remodel. The refrigerator has been a huge disappointment. It makes noises constantly that are annoying, disturbing, out of the ordinary, and intolerable to be in the house with. Very noticeable by everyone!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so excited about my new GE K-Cup Refrigerator! can's wait for it to get cold so I can load it up with all the goods. I love the storage that it has and they way it is built seems to be a very well built refrigerator.

Nice features of K cup coffee making , nice features , out side finishing nice , cooling effects nice on lower compartment , upper compartment less cool , need to keep freeze termp around 34F

French Door Refrigerator is awesome

I really enjoy the GE Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator as it keeps fingerprints away. It looks sparkly and shiny all the time! There is so much room inside, many shelves, and it gives hot and cold water too!
