I love the case for my 1phone6 it is durable and stylish, but if I had anything to complain about would be the bulkiness and the screen protector. You can't use the touch login, and you have to really push sometimes on the screen to register your request. Other then that I love it. I got if because of my 3 small grandchildren. They love to get a hold of my phone, and with the otterbox case, I know it is safe.

I had the similar model for my 5s It broke the clip just about the same time I ordered my new iphone 6
The new case is still a great case with two exceptions
The edge of the case should cover the camera lense to protect it from damage
The cover to the charging receptacle is hard to open unless you remove the phone from the carrying case

I just bought my 3rd Otterbox case and purchased the Defender. My, what a difference the Defender is to the other older models. The phone is easier to fit into the holder, the case itself is easier to take off or put on and there is so much more protection for the entire phone. I can not say enough great things about a superior product. Thanks Otterbox for putting out a super case and holder.

I recommend this case with reservations and subject to caveats.
First, I love otterbox cases for what they do best: protect your phone from the inevitable drops, plunges and resulting splats! I have seen too many cracked screens and mangled phones to ever not use one. This protection, however, comes at a price, and I do not mean the dollars, euros, yen, etc. that you pay for the product. Unlike prior models (iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s), this case noticeable detracts from the user experience. Here are some of the frustrations I have with the case.
1. Volume buttons are difficult to press, as is the ON/OFF button.
2. The flap covering the charging and earphone ports are awkward, and make it difficult to fit the respective cables in.
3. The built-in screen protector is even more annoying than previous models, as it seems much less responsive to touch. Also, the covering over the fingerprint sensor renders that functionality somewhat handicapped - it becomes hit and miss. Keeping the plastic screen protector clean is the same hassle it always has been. Otterbox really needs to address this issue, or incorporate their Alpha Glass product into the case, rather than force users to purchase both (assuming they even work together, which one Otterbox representative told me was a bad idea).
Quality is not an issue - the devil, however, is always in the details!
Pros: High quality, Durable, protects the phone like a champ!
Cons: screen protector awkward/difficult control button, price if you have to factor in the alpha glass

I love the otter box case and the protection that is provides. I do however wish that they would offer the camo case with the black plastic shell instead of the bright orange plastic shell. That is my only compliant and that doesn't affect the quality of this product.

I am on my second Otter Box! Not because the first one failed, but because I got a new iPhone 6. I needed the larger size. I'm very hard on phones! I was a petsitter for years and worked at a pit bull rescue. I always had my phone clipped to my hip. It was torn off by rambunctious dogs, dropped water buckets and piles of horse droppings. I've dropped it while walking and kicked it in mid-stride sending it skittering across the concrete. I now do strenuous hiking daily. Occasionally, on a particularly "hairy" downhill my phone has gone flying off my fanny pack. Like I said, I'm not easy on things, but the Otter Box has protected my phone in every scenario! The only negative I can say about my new Otter Box, is that I have to remove it's belt-clip-on case to charge my phone. (My first Otter Box for my iPhone5 could be charged without being removed from the clip-on case.)
Pros: tuff as a pit bull with a bone!
Cons: have to remove from clip-on case to charge iphone6, screen protectors get scratched., no screen protector replacements available.
