I've had to replace my phone cases twice with Otterbox, and each time it's been simple and easy compared to other brands. They make really great cases and the price is worth it with such a good warranty.

Bought for my wife last month and she loves the look and feel. The only thing she complains about it is that typing is more difficult and less accurate through the screen protector. This case isn't water proof, so I may decide to cut it out for her.

After about 1 1/2 years of abuse my holster broke at 5the swivel. I used it daily and it held up beyond what I expected.
The only negative was in the shipping. Shipped via Fed Ex then transferred to USPS. From order to delivery took 10 days. A bit long in my view. Just use USPS.
