I drop my phone all the time and I'm hard on my stuff, but I haven't had any problems with this new case for my iPhone 6s or the previous products I've used because they're so well made and work great. And they keep my phone slim! Speaking from experience, they also have WONDERFUL customer service!!

This is my second Commuter Series with the wallet. (switched phones) I Love the protection Otterbox provides my phone. The wallet is so convenient. I do not carry a purse and I have my drivers license and debit card with me at all times.

When I got my iPhone 6S I thought it was a nice sleek phone, but I worried it would be sliding out of my hand without a grippy case on it. I use my phone for some of my landscape photography and navigation while hiking so I wanted a case that could withstand the elements fairly good, and one that felt solid in my hand. The Defender has proven to be the right choice for me.

Otter box never disappoints. It fits my phone nice and snug, and the wallet is such a nice addition. It isn't too bulky. I like the protection of the headphones, and the charger area. I would recommend this case to anyone who doesn't carry a lot in their pockets and only need a wallet for light cash and credit cards. The quality of this case is on point.

I recently purchased 5 Defender cases for the Iphone 6s's that my company just purchased. After a few days of use, the clip on my holster snapped. I called customer service and after I explained what happened, without question they immediately sent me two replacements. I really appreciate when companies such as Otterbox stand behind their products and because of this I will only buy Otterbox cases for all of my companies employees cell phones.
